The Radical Experiment | The Church at Brook Hills

We asked our Stewardship Team to put together a quick list of fifty simple steps we can start considering as individuals and families over the next couple of months as we prepare for a full-scale implementation of the 2010 Radical Experiment. We’re also working on one-day financial seminars as well as extended classes you might be able to attend in order to really begin saving, spending, and most importantly giving sacrificially in the days ahead.

Today we come to the last of these financial tips. We’ve looked at 47 steps you might take to get a godly view of money, to plan, simplify, cut back, and manage your spending. Now we’ll close with three concluding steps that might prove particularly beneficial in this Radical Experiment!

Radical Ideas
48.    Consider selling assets (big and small…houses, cars, investments, and so on…) that you do not use or do not need.  Store your treasures in Heaven!  Matthew 6:19-20
49.    Give your savings to Christ’s church during the Radical Experiment.
50.    Consider not borrowing any additional money during the Radical Experiment.
